- Diagnose and manage common urologic conditions such as BPH, kidney stones, UTIs, pelvic health concerns, incontinence, and erectile dysfunction.
- Coordinate with surgical teams for pre- and post-operative patient care.
- Offer preventive and acute primary care services, including wellness exams and chronic disease management.
- Collaborate closely with the supervising physician, urology specialist, and broader care team to ensure high-quality, coordinated patient care.

**Requirements**

- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or ACNP) or Physician Assistant with at least one year of clinical experience.
- Interest in expanding skills into urology; prior urology experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Passion for improving access to quality care in a rural community setting.
