**Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)**

**Job Description**

- Provide anesthesia services for 1-20 patient encounters per shift
- If traveling from out of state, availability for at least 1 week at a time is preferred
- If in-state, 1-2 days availability at a time is required
- Perform general anesthesia for adult and pediatric patients
- Handle obstetrical cases including epidural anesthesia
- Provide anesthesia for complex orthopedic cases, spine surgeries, and pediatric procedures
- Administer spinal and epidural anesthesia as required
- Manage pain through post-op epidurals and steroid injections for lumbar and cervical regions
- Demonstrate proficiency in ventilation management
- Must have active Wisconsin license
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
- 90-day estimated credentialing timeframe
- Lodging available at Hilton Home2 with Aspirus corporate rate
