**Job Description**

- Full-time position with procedures including general surgery, orthopedic surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, and endoscopies
- Monday-Thursday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with a rotating Friday schedule
- 4 weeks on/1 week off, providing 10.5 weeks off each year
- Shared call with approximately 270 surgical cases per month
- Opportunity to work with a team of experienced CRNAs
- Moonlighting opportunities available
- BLS & ACLS certifications required
- Integrated Electronic Health Record (EPIC)
