- PRN Dates Available: May 1-3, 18-22, 26-29, June 8-12, 15-19, 22-26, June 29-July 3, 13-17, 20-24, 27-31, Aug 3-7, 10-14, 24-28, Aug 31-Sept 11, Sept 28-Oct 9, 12-23, 26-30, Nov 2-13, 16-20, 23-25, 27, Nov 30-Dec 4, 14-18, 21-25, 28-31 and ongoing. Future dates TBD
- Schedule: 2 providers from 7 AM to 3 PM, 1 provider from 7 AM to 7 AM, and 1 provider stays until 5:30 PM
- Call: Beeper call - Weekday 1/week - occasional weekend call
- Cases: Endo, OB, GYN, Peds, General, Ortho, ENT, Trauma Level III

**Requirements**

- ACLS, BLS, PALS, DEA required
- Spinals, Epidurals, Blocks required
- Case logs required
- All CRNA practice
- EMR: Epic
- Approximately 90 deliveries/year (VBAC in-house call during active labor)
- Majority of cases: Ortho, Endo, Total Joints, General Surgery. Estimated Endo cases/year
- Blocks: interscalene, TAP, femoral/adductor, sciatic, popliteal
