**Requirements**

- Valid nursing license for the State of Iowa.
- Minimum of 1 year working with seniors. Knowledge of senior health is essential.
- At least 2 years of people management experience.
- Strong understanding of medication, dosages, and potential side effects.
- Proven integrity, problem-solving abilities, and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
- Familiarity with essential software tools.
- Advocate for residents' safety, dignity, and independence.
- Ability to work additional hours as needed, including evenings and weekends, as Manager on Duty.
