**Job Description**

- Schedule hours for clinic/hospital: 8 AM - 5 PM
- Schedule days for clinic/hospital: Monday to Friday
- Call required on nights and weekends, rotating approximately 3-5 days per month
- Inpatient responsibilities during call, with all other time spent in outpatient care
- Call starts at 4 PM, with the fellow taking first call
- Call ends at 8 AM
- Days off after call
