**Behavioral Health Nurse Practitioner**

Join our dynamic team as a Behavioral Health Nurse Practitioner in Marshall, MO. This full-time, permanent position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, inpatient mental healthcare that is patient-centered and consistent with our mission.

**Job Description**

- Provide high-quality, inpatient mental healthcare within the scope of practice as outlined by the Missouri State Board of Nursing.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers to coordinate, manage, and facilitate a comprehensive plan of care.
- Participate in staff quality assurance review of the clinic's patient records, including chart reviews, patient evaluation, and outcome data.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate the care of patients.
- Obtain consultation, collaboration, and referrals as indicated.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding patient, hospital, and job-related information.

**Requirements**

- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner degree program.
- Active Missouri RN license or ability to practice professional nursing in the state of Missouri.
- Current Missouri Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber certificate.
- Current National certification (e.g., ANCC or AANP) as a Nurse Practitioner in the specialty of mental health.
- Must complete 24 hours of Continuing Medical Education (CME) every year.
- Unrestricted prescriptive authority in Missouri.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
- Education in Mental Health.
- Cover for Behavioral Health Unit NP when absent.
- Rotate call with other Mental Health Nurse Practitioners.
