**Otolaryngologist**

Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is a physician-led and accountable 650+ provider multispecialty group seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Otolaryngologist committed to a multi-disciplinary team approach to patient care. This practice is well-established and is looking for an additional provider to join the team. Surgeries are performed at both the hospital and a Physician/Hospital Joint Venture ASC.

**Job Description**

- Join a high volume, varied surgical practice with two experienced ENT physicians, two advanced practice providers, and audiology services at two locations.
- The program has busy practices in Boise and in Nampa and is expanding into Caldwell and Meridian in the coming year.
- The ENT practice provides a full range of general pediatric and adult ENT services, allergy, head & neck, full audiology, speech therapy & voice analysis, video stroboscope, rhinology, and laryngology services.

**Requirements**

- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree.
- Board certification in Otolaryngology or obtain certification within 3 years.
- Obtain Idaho medical licensure and granting of privileges at SAMC-Boise/Nampa and other health system affiliated hospitals as needed.

This is an inpatient, consultative opportunity, caring for stroke and general neurology patients at our Time Sensitive Emergency Level 2 (Primary) Stroke Center, in Nampa but is part of system-wide Comprehensive Program based at Boise SARMC. Saint Alphonsus Medical Center Nampa is a 106 bed (expanding to 224 beds) high-acuity, community hospital with a current run rate of 11 strokes and 30-35 DRGs a month. Our Neurohospitalist will work closely with Intensivists, Hospitalists and Emergency physicians. The Nampa hospital is a Level III Trauma Center holding Time Sensitive Emergency classifications for Stroke, Cardiology, and Trauma. Diagnostic and patient care services available to neurologists include EMG capability in the clinic and the hospital, EEG with web-based interpretation, TCD, and Botox injection.The Saint Alphonsus Neuroscience Institute promotes collaboration with a team of neurosurgeons, neurologists and vascular neurologists, neuroradiologists, neuropathologists, neuro-otolaryngologists, physiatrists, a neuro-ophthalmologist and oncologists based out of the Boise campus. Boise is a ID State Comprehensive Stroke Center, and Nampa is a Primary Stroke designation as well.Support Services: Well-established neurology outpatient clinic and inpatient neurology program located in Boise, tele-stroke services staffed by vascular neurologists, stroke coordinators, interventional neuroradiology and endovascular neurosurgeon service that includes biplane angiography, MRI/ MRA, CT/CTA, CT perfusion, 4-vessel angiography, and interventional stroke and aneurysm procedures.
