Position Details: Rate Type: Daily Emergency/Temp Privileges: No Shift Type: Days Shift Description: PRN - as needed basis, with options for half-day (4 hours) or full-day (8 hours) coverage. Responsibilities: Perform C&P exams and Separation Health Assessments. Conduct primarily interview-based evaluations with some physical assessments, including range of motion testing and muscle strength testing. No prescribing or treatment involved. Use a Goniometer for physical assessments. Complete and submit standardized forms (DBQs) within 48 hours of exam completion. Record reviews required in most cases. Follow up administrative work such as addendums, medical opinions, and reading diagnostics will be necessary.
