**Job Description**

- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with one late day
- Rotating shared call schedule
- 18 to 24 patients per day
- Team-based support model

**Requirements**

- You are a Board Certified Physician Assistant
- You hold or are eligible for a New Jersey PA license
- You want to serve underserved and diverse communities
- You're comfortable managing full-scope primary care
- You value collaboration but can work independently
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
