**Job Description**

- Start date: As soon as credentialing is complete (90-120 days).
- Schedule: 7 to 10 shifts per month (1 shift = 24 hours).
- Call: 24/7 call coverage.
- Average ED Census: 16-18 patients per 24 hours.
- Annual ED Volume: 6,180.
- Inpatient Beds: 10 with an average inpatient census of 7.

**Services**

- 24/7 x-ray, lab, and CT in-house.
- Ultrasound available Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 5 PM.
- Respiratory therapy available in-house for twelve hours a day and on-call overnight.
- Physical therapy available for 8 hours a day.
- Rounding in the morning no later than 8 AM, with informal evening rounds with night staff prior to turning in.
- Interdisciplinary team meeting every morning.

**Duties**

- Admitting patients from the ED.
