**Emergency Medicine or Family Practice Physician**

Saint Alphonsus Baker City, Oregon is a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital serving Baker County and the surrounding communities in eastern Oregon. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced emergency medicine or family practice board-certified/board-eligible physician to practice in the Emergency Department, which has a Level IV Trauma Designation in the State of Oregon. The well-qualified candidate will commit to a multi-disciplinary team approach to patient care in the Emergency Department and support the regional needs of the Oregon Trauma System and the Saint Alphonsus Trauma Network.

**Requirements**

- Successful completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA family practice or emergency medicine residency program
- Board certification, or board eligibility in emergency medicine or family practice
- Obtain Oregon medical licensure and granting of privileges at SAMC-Baker City and other health system affiliated hospitals as needed; valid controlled substance registration with Board of Pharmacy and DEA
