- Board-eligible or board-certified in Emergency Medicine; or board-eligible or board-certified in Internal or Family Medicine with Emergency Medicine experience (5 years preferred)
- Licensed as a physician to practice medicine in the State of West Virginia
- Member in good standing of the Medical Staff of Davis Medical Center
- Credentialed and privileged to work in emergency medicine at Davis Medical Center
- Hold valid DEA certificate without restrictions
- Current CPR certification
- Current ATLS certification, if not American Board of Emergency Medicine Certified
- ACLS and PALS required
- NRP recommended
