The physician must have an active IN license, be certified (BE/BC) IM/ Hospitalist, have a Clean DEA & NPDB (no active suits or unresolved cases), and have a minimum of one year experience. The physician must also have ACLS, be able to intubate, and sign off on intubations for credentialing. The provider is typically required to do admits and rounding. The following dates of coverage are needed in these communities: Tell City, Indiana <ul><li> 7/21 - 7/27 </li><li> 12/29 - 1/2 (New Years) </li></ul> Provider must be able to take the full 4 day period.
