- Types of cases include general, endoscopy, pediatrics, urology, ENT, and ophthalmology
- Proficiency in spinals, blocks, and epidurals is required (case logs needed)
- The provider will be the only anesthesia provider on site
- There are 2 operating rooms available
- EMR system used is Medaxion
- Provider must be comfortable being a solo anesthesia provider on site; the majority of cases are endoscopy
- Facility has 25 beds and 2 OR suites, with approximately 650 cases per year

**Schedule**

- Hours: 7 AM to 3 PM; call hours from 3 PM to 7 AM on weekdays and 7 AM to 7 AM on weekends
- Call schedule: This provider will take call every night and weekend while working
- Call response time: 20 minutes
