**Job Description**

- Provide anesthesia care without supervision as a solo provider
- Manage a variety of cases including general, endoscopy, pediatrics, urology, ENT, and ophthalmology
- Perform spinals, blocks, and epidurals; proficiency required with case logs
- Work in a facility with 2 operating rooms and an annual case volume of approximately 650
- Utilize Medaxion as the electronic medical record system

- Clear background and malpractice history
