**Job Description**

- Specialty: CRNA
- Dates/Schedule: OCT 27, Dec 22-28; 31. Jan 2-4. 2026 availability.
- Length of Assignment: Ongoing
- Shift Hours: 7 AM - 3 PM
- Call Hours: 3 PM - 7 AM
- OT after 8-hour shifts
- Call Ratio: Every other night. Every other weekend. Response - 20 minutes.
- Case Mix: Ortho, GYNO, OB (more than 200 deliveries/year), POD, Dental. Must be proficient with spinals, blocks, and epidurals.
- Support Staff: 2 providers on the floor during the day.
- Active License
- Credentialing Time Frame: 30-60 days
- Certifications Required: DEA, CSR, BLS, ACLS
