**Job Description**

- As a Physician in General Surgery, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role, you will work in a group with four other experienced General Surgeons with APP support.
- This position includes a base salary of $426,500 annually plus production incentive, a $30,000 sign-on bonus, up to $20,000 in relocation assistance, and an annual continuous improvement incentive up to $30,000.
- You will practice at McKay Dee Hospital, a Level II Trauma Center in Ogden, UT, and have privileges at McKay Dee Surgical Center.
- You will be in clinic 1-2 days per week from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Call is 1:5.

**Requirements**

- MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine.
- ACGME Residency training in General Surgery.
- Board certification or eligibility in General Surgery.
- Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one.
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process.
