**Locum Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician**

We are currently seeking an Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician for locum tenens coverage in Oregon. This opportunity involves providing call coverage only. The assignment begins on October 31, 2023, and is ongoing. This vacancy is due to a department restructuring.

**Job Description**

- Provide call coverage for obstetrics and gynecology
- Manage low-risk and high-risk pregnancies
- Perform FHR interpretation (NST/CST/FSE)
- Conduct OB ultrasounds (performance and interpretation)
- Perform amniocentesis
- Handle routine deliveries (vaginal, low forceps) and decision-making for c-sections
- Manage complicated deliveries, including breech and multiple births
- Repair 3rd and 4th degree lacerations
- Conduct office/minor gynecology procedures (IUD, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP, etc.)
- Perform surgical gynecology procedures (open, laparoscopic diagnostic/minor)
- Handle operative/major procedures (ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOA's)
- Maintain laser certification

**Requirements**

- Board Certified or Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Active and unrestricted Oregon license
