We do have a potential niche for concierge medicine in the area, whereas the doctor could make additional funds growing their own concierge patient base if they were so inclined. Ideally, the incoming physician is a board-certified MD/DO who shares our passion for wellness-focused healthcare with a strong interest in personalized care, aligning with our mission to deliver innovative and comprehensive care to our patients. Orthopedic experience/background is a plus.

**Job Description**

- Patient care to include primary care/chronic disease management
- Provide comprehensive family medicine care with a focus on wellness and preventive strategies
- Documentation - timely and accurate
- Meet all compliance and quality measures
- Make appropriate in-office specialist referrals based on the patient's condition
- Collaborate with a multi-specialty team to deliver integrated care
- Supervisory capacity of PA/NPs as needed
- Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to practice growth

**Requirements**

- Graduation from an accredited Medical Program (MD/DO)
- Board-certified or board-eligible Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician
- Medical license in FL
- Prefer a physician with at least 3-5 years clinical experience

- Monday-Friday

**Salary**

- $245k - $250k to start (potential to make additional funds if willing and able to take on concierge patients)
