Opportunity Healthcare, a leading Advanced Practice agency, is urgently seeking a Neurology Nurse Practitioner for a permanent position in Union County, OR. This Nurse Practitioner will assess, diagnose, and manage a variety of health conditions while promoting wellness and disease prevention.

**Job Description**

- Specialty: Neurology
- Location: Union County, OR
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Duration: Permanent
- Shift Time: 8 hours
- Pay: $126,000 - $126,000/Yr
- Incentives: Relocation/Sign on bonus
- Additional Details: 
  - Neurology Clinic with 3 physicians, 1 focused mostly on sleep medicine/clinic
  - Physicians are willing to mentor/train on certain procedures like Botox, trigger point, etc.
  - Four 10-hour days per week
  - Average 13-17 patients per day
  - Minimal call
  - Epic EMR
  - Growing and expanding hospital
