**Requirements**

- 2 years of current PT experience required
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Updated CAQH must be provided after start
- NPI must be provided after start
- Must be flexible; will need to work inpatient PT as needed
- Must be able to treat all normal diagnoses seen in outpatient clinics
- Graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
- Previous rehab experience
- Previous travel experience strongly preferred
- CPSI EMR experience highly preferred
- Previous experience working with PTAs preferred
- Traveler must have their own vehicle; this is a firm requirement due to the small community without public transport
- New Hampshire Physical Therapy license or compact required
- Active American Heart Association BLS certification required
- Vermont license required
