The Gardens at Orangeville is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) for our skilled nursing facility in Orangeville, PA. This is a full-time position on the 1st shift with an on-call rotation.

**Job Description**

- Oversee nursing staff and ensure quality care for residents
- Manage daily operations and compliance with state and federal regulations
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care
- Support the nursing team in delivering care to the geriatric population

**Requirements**

- Registered Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania
- Over two years of supervisory experience in a long-term care, hospital, or related facility
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations
- Experience with the geriatric population preferred
