- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited anesthesiology residency
- Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Anesthesiology (unless within 4 years of residency)
- Active or eligible state medical license
- DEA registration or eligibility
- ACLS and BLS certification (PALS if required by practice setting)

**Schedule**

- Full-time Monday to Friday
- One weekday call per week (Monday to Thursday rotation)
- Approximately one weekend call per month (Friday evening to Monday morning)
- One holiday call sequence annually
- Opportunity to pick up additional call shifts for additional compensation

**Benefits**

- Base salary of $575,000 annually
- $75,000 sign-on bonus (first-year total compensation $655,000)
