Memory Care Manager (RN or LPN)

Overview: Position Summary Sign ON Bonus - Come JOIN OUR TEAM This is a Monday-Friday position with occassional weekend. In this role, you must be a nurse, you will be responsible for supporting the Resident Services Director (RSD) to provide clinical oversight and ensure quality of care for all residents. The Memory Care Manager assists in maintaining compliance of federal and state regulations while ensuring the organizations policies and procedures are implemented and maintained. This position also participates in the community's QAPI Committee.
