**Job Description**

- Consult with patients to determine needs and treatment goals.
- Perform surgical procedures to extract impacted or damaged teeth, place dental implants, and remove tumors and other abnormal growths of the oral and/or facial regions.
- Utilize a patient-centric approach.
- Operate with a referral doctor-centric mindset.
- Understand the importance of referral base and how to expand/grow it.
- Ability to utilize a digital workflow or willingness to learn.
- Understanding of full arch protocols or willingness to learn.
- Implant oriented and desire to learn how to do them at the highest level.

The provider will be meeting with patients and proposing treatment based on the symptoms experienced and the patients' blood panel. The client will train the provider, and all procedures are non-invasive.

**Job Description**

- Hourly compensation with malpractice coverage at 1 million/3 million
- Duration: 2/7/21 - ongoing with no sunset
- Hours: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm one day per week (client sensitive to provider schedule)
- 100% adult - all male patients 50's and older
- 3-4 patients seen per hour
- No calls and all non-invasive procedures
- Minimal invasive procedure to include administering intracavernous injections; provider must be comfortable in giving such injections
- Complete support staff for patient processing and training
- Experience with treating ED in men is a plus
