**Hematologist/Oncologist**

Join our team as a Hematologist/Oncologist in Findlay, OH, located just 45 minutes from Toledo. This full-time, permanent position is employed and is opening due to an influx of over 1,200 new patients per year.

**Job Description**

- Clinic operates 4 days a week with 1 administrative day per week (remote)
- 1:4 inpatient call with a patient mix of 50% Hematology and 50% Oncology; most common cases include breast, colon, lung, and prostate cancer
- Care team model includes 1 dedicated RN and 1 MA per physician, along with 2 NPs and chemo-certified RNs for inpatient chemotherapy administration
- Onsite services include Radiation Oncology, Infusion Therapy, Lab and Pharmacy (with a board-certified oncology pharmacist), Genetic Counseling, Clinical & Financial Navigation, Nutrition Services, Clinical Trials, Tumor Registry, GYN-Oncology, and Social Work
- Robust general surgery program and specialty services in ENT, Urology, Gynecology, Pulmonology, and GI
- Hospitalist service admits with Mayo Clinic Care Network eConsult services and eTumor Boards

**Requirements**

- Base salary that continues beyond the first contract term
