**Job Description**

- Comfortable providing coverage across all populations and patients with co-morbid medical conditions
- Provides diagnostic assessments, onsite crisis assessments and interventions, determining need for ongoing care according to level of clinical ability, medical and psychosocial complexity
- Competent in multiple counseling modalities, making appropriate referrals, and providing educational services
- Serves as the primary team consultant to promote understanding of the relationship between health and psychological/behavioral factors

Anesthesiology Physician

Sky Lakes is looking for a general surgery candidate to join 3 other experienced general surgeons. This is a collegial team, with a seasoned medical director that is happy to provide mentorship to new grads. The schedule is Monday through Friday 8-5, with 2 days in the clinic, 2 days in the OR, and 1 day set aside for admin. This is broad spectrum GS with an even mix of open, laparoscopic, and endoscopic procedures. Currently Sky Lakes does not have robotics but are planning an expansion in 2026 and anticipate adding robotics within the next 5 years. IR is available. Call is 1:5 weekday and weekend. Average procedures are around 75 per month and clinic visits average around 100 a month. There are 2 dedicated surgery APP's, and each surgeon has an APP in clinic 1 day a week. This is a very knowledgeable group with a strong support system and team connection. There is the ability for some academic medicine with the rotating family medicine residents as well. This would be a base plus RVU pay structure. The base has a range of $475k-527k depending on experience. **General Surgeon**

Sky Lakes Medical Center is seeking a General Surgery candidate to join a team of three experienced General Surgeons. This collegial and supportive team is led by a knowledgeable Medical Director who is eager to provide mentorship, making it an excellent opportunity for new graduates. The role primarily involves "bread and butter" general surgery, with a focus on laparoscopic procedures, including Single Incision Laparoscopic Surgery (SILS), and requires proficiency in endoscopy. While robotics are not currently available, Sky Lakes is planning an expansion in 2026, with robotics expected to be added within the next five years.

**Job Description**

- The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with two days dedicated to clinic, two days in the OR, and one day for administrative tasks.
- Compensation is structured as a base salary plus RVU, with a base range of $475,000 to $527,000, depending on experience.
- Both seasoned surgeons and new grads are welcome to apply, including class of 2027 graduates and J1/H1B candidates.
- Call rotation is 1:5 on weekdays and weekends, with an average of 75 procedures and around 100 clinic visits per month, though these numbers may vary slightly. Interventional Radiology (IR) support is available, and two dedicated surgical Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) are part of the team, with each surgeon having an APP in the clinic one day per week.
