We are currently looking for a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join Blackhawk Medical Group, a well-established family medicine practice in Danville, CA (San Francisco Bay Area).

**Job Description**

- Blackhawk Medical Group is part of BASS Medical Group, a well-established network comprised of 465+ providers across 42 medical specialties.
- Our practice offers a collegial environment with 5 board certified primary care physicians, 1 pediatrician, 6 physician assistants, and 3 nurse practitioners who are supported by experienced MAs, scribes, and administrative staff.
- We provide the full range of primary care services to patients of all ages in our main office and immediate care services for minor illnesses and injuries in our walk-in clinic; the incoming provider will be asked to divide their time between both clinical settings.
- Offering flexible part-time or full-time schedules; 2 weekend shifts (10:00 AM to 4:00 PM) per month are required from all of our advanced practice providers.

**Requirements**

- 1+ years of primary care experience is required.
- Familiarity with EPIC preferred.
- Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations.
- State licensure and board certification is required.
