**Job Description**

- Outpatient only
- Ages 18+
- 20 patients per day seen on average
- Lots of new patient appointments covering multiple co-morbidities/chronic conditions
- Dedicated medical assistants
- Supervise up to 4 NPs with a stipend
- No call
- Part-time schedules may be available
- APP supervision may be required
- Flex schedule with rotating evenings and weekends may be required, but schedule will still be a 40-hour week, just a slightly altered schedule
