- Facility requirements: NBCRNA, DEA, CSR
- New Mexico License required
- Hours: 7am-5pm; Call hours: 5pm-7am
- Every 3rd night/Friday night calls take weekend call
- All CRNA practice
- Case types: Endo, OB, Gyn, General, Ortho, Acute Pain Management
- EMR is EPIC
