- Earn up to $2,500 to $4,000 each week (average 6-9 visits daily, base rate of $80 per completed assessment).
- Increase your per-visit rate up to 135% (depending on working counties) with our Market Multiplier.
- Earn additional compensation via our pay-per-test model for visits where the health plan member qualifies to receive additional diagnostic and preventive tests.
