Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Urologist physician to work locum shifts in Hancock, Michigan. The start date would depend on the completion of credentialing and physician availability. The role offers ongoing work with a competitive market rate and benefits.

**Job Description**

- Coverage consists of Monday-Friday clinic and OR shifts. Typical schedule would consist of 4 clinic days with 1 OR day each week, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
- No call coverage.
- Scheduling consists of a 2-week on/2-week off rotation to best serve our community.
- We have a clinic space ready for the Urologist, and a Da Vinci Xi Robot onsite.
- Required previous experience: At least 50 urological procedures, reflective of the scope of privileges requested during the past 12 months, or successful completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited residency/clinical fellowship within the past 12 months.
- Start date TBD, based on completion of credentialing and physician availability.

**Requirements**

- MI state license; active, unrestricted.
- Current certification or board eligible (American Board of Urology or American Osteopathic Board of Surgery - Urological Surgery).
- MI CDS.
- Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA-accredited residency/fellowship or foreign training in Urology.
- MI State DEA.
- BLS.
