**Job Description**

- Provide high quality, expert care to seriously ill patients as part of an interdisciplinary hospice team.
- Offer comfort, care, support, and education to patients and their loved ones primarily in the home setting.
- Manage a reasonable caseload that allows for exceptional care while maintaining a good work-life balance.
- Expected to make up to 5 visits per day with allotted time to complete patient documentation.
- Participate in weekly interdisciplinary meetings and collaborate with a dedicated After Hours and Weekends Team.
- Receive 24/7 support from full-time Board Certified physicians and APRNs, Chaplains, and Social Workers.

**Requirements**

- Valid, unencumbered Missouri and Kansas RN or compact license to include both states.
- Minimum of one year bedside experience in caring for hospice patients is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with others; prepare and present information in oral and written formats.
- Superior organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines; must schedule and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license and insurance plus reliable transportation.
- CPR certification required.
