**Job Description**

- Perform exams, primarily interview-based with some physical assessment, including range of motion testing and muscle strength testing.
- No prescribing or treatment involved.

**Requirements**

- Active NC License
- Board Certified
- Own personal laptop (No MACs/Apple)
- DMA Certification or willingness to obtain
- Provider must have their own office
- Proficient in METs testing, evaluating, and diagnosing respiratory and cardiovascular conditions
- Must be within 50 miles of location
- NPDB Report
