**Emergency Medicine Physician**

Independent, physician-led and owned, democratic group, looking for part-time and full-time, BE/BC Emergency Medicine physicians to join our group. We staff 5 emergency departments in Mendocino, Lake, and Napa Counties. We serve mostly rural communities and our sites tend to be high acuity. We care for a diverse, underserved, rural patient population, some traveling several hours to reach an emergency department. Our group is mission-driven with strong ties to the local community. Cerner (Epic in a couple of years) is used for electronic health records. 

**Job Description**

- 8-12 hour shifts depending on site with one site having 24-hour shifts.
- Flexible, block scheduling with few, if any, nights.
- Housing available for those traveling.
- Opportunities to teach rotating FM residents if interested.

**Compensation and Benefits**

- Signing bonus for full-time: $25K.
- Hourly pay is $230 - $290/hr depending on the site, plus approximately $50/hr in benefits for full-time employees/partners.
