With the practice continuing to grow by 1,500 new patients per year for the past seven years, the incoming physician can expect to ramp up quickly. The current physician averages 70 cases per month (80% outpatient / 20% inpatient). The hospital is a 300-bed facility and one of the busiest level III trauma centers in the country, averaging 50,000 ED visits per year.

The office is approximately a quarter mile from the hospital. The current physician in the practice is averaging 50 patients and 50 endoscopic procedures per week. There are 6 endoscopy suites: 4 in the hospital and 2 in the MOB across from the hospital. The clinic operates Monday through Friday. Call: hospital 1:6 / clinic 1:2 (with the new provider).
