**Urgent Care NP/PA**

Join our team as an Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Middlebury, VT. This locum tenens position offers a unique opportunity to provide supplemental coverage in an inpatient service setting.

**Job Description**

- Provide clinical care during 10-hour shifts, working 30-36 hours per week, including some weekends.
- Manage a patient volume of approximately 25 patients per shift.
- Perform procedures such as simple laceration repairs, incision and drainage of simple abscesses (several times a week), splinting, and evaluation of orthopedic injuries.
- Conduct comprehensive health histories and dispositions.
- Utilize Epic EMR for patient documentation.
- Work with support staff to ensure quality patient care.

**Requirements**

- Active Vermont License
- Board Certified/Board Eligible
