- Utilize advanced concepts, practices, and procedures, relying on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals in a variety of illnesses presented.
- Function as a consultant, facilitator, educator, change agent, program designer, and resource person to a defined patient population and caregivers.
- Assume a leadership role in strengthening collaborative relationships with physicians, healthcare leaders, and nurses in various settings to improve patient/family outcomes associated with cardiology.

**Requirements**

- Master's degree from an accredited advanced registered nursing program, or Bachelor of Science/Master's degree from an accredited physician assistant program.
- No previous experience required.
- Current Kansas Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license, or current Kansas Physician Assistant (PA-C) license.
