Excellent ongoing locum opportunity at a supportive hospital-based, all-CRNA site in Northwest Indiana.

**Job Description**

- Start Date: January 21, 2026, ongoing
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM + call (3 PM to 7 AM)
- Call: Every night; minimal call backs (average 2 to 3 per month)
- Setting: Hospital-based; 1 OR
- Cases: General, Orthopedic, Ophthalmology, Pain Management, GYN, Podiatry
- Skills Required: Epidurals, spinals, and blocks
- EMR: Medaxion
- Credentialing: Days (temps available for qualified candidates)

**Requirements**

- Active Indiana license
- NBCRNA certification
- BLS, ACLS, PALS
- Clean background and malpractice history preferred
