Our growing team of 100+ highly qualified psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, licensed psychologists, and clinical social workers collaborates to deliver evidence-based mental health care services.

**Job Description**

- Provide on-site psychiatric assessments and medication management to patients in skilled nursing, assisted living, and other long-term care facilities.
- Consult, educate, and coordinate care with facility staff, including nursing home administrators, directors of nursing, and directors of social services.
- Adhere to established regulations, policies, and procedures while exercising initiative and independent judgment.

**Requirements**

- Passion for working with seniors and providing exceptional care.
- State license as a nurse practitioner (required).
- Specialty as a psychiatric nurse practitioner (PMHNP) or adult-gerontology nurse practitioner (AGNP) (preferred).
- DEA license.
- Availability to work during normal weekday business hours (no night or weekend on-call).
- Ability to stand for 20 minutes.
- Ability to lift 15 pounds.
