- Clinics are open Monday - Thursday, 8 AM to 8 PM; 8 AM to 5 PM on Friday
- See patients of all ages. Average 18 patients per day
- Flexible schedule with a mix of clinic and administrative responsibilities
- The position will have 15 hours per week allocated for the administrative role
- The position will involve assisting the CMO with advancing the Strategic Plan and also improving the job satisfaction and performance of its providers
- EPIC EHR
- Spanish-speaking a plus
- Opportunity to teach family medicine residents in the clinic
- Integrated care team model with nurses, medical assistants, chiropractors, and case managers
