- Current unencumbered RN license in the state of Massachusetts (or compact state as applicable) required.
- BLS (CPR) certification required upon hire; CPI or Handle With Care, ACLS, and CRRN certifications preferred.
- 6+ months Med/Surg experience preferred.
- Behavioral Health or Psychiatric experience preferred.
- Strong communication, assessment, and de-escalation skills.
- Calm, compassionate, and focused under pressure.
- Team-oriented with a passion for patient-centered care.
- Understanding of trauma-informed care preferred.

Our Behavioral Health Department is a 150-bed inpatient facility designed to foster healing, safety, and innovation. With a 1:6-1:8 nurse-to-patient ratio, our nurses provide specialized, compassionate care across children, adults, geriatrics, and forensic units.
