- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Active Missouri medical license
- Minimum of 2+ years of obstetric practice experience, preferably in hospital settings
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)

**Other Requirements**

- Availability to start on 12/31/2025
- Willingness to work a schedule that includes clinic, call, and on-call shifts
- Coverage of hospital-employed CNMs and APCs during shifts
- Reimbursement for licensure, certification, travel, and related expenses as applicable
