**Requirements**

- Please specify level of proficiency with EPIC; provider will be required to use Epic
- Provider must be able to see and treat all patients as the sole provider in the center
- Provider should have good soft skills as they will be one-on-one with support staff and each patient
- HCO relies on the agency's credentialing of each provider; HCO will process Medicare enrollment only
- Clinical interview will be set up; if approved, RDO will schedule onboarding/training and ongoing shift coverage
