- Attached to a 25-bed critical access hospital
- Call is 1 weekend/month and 1 night during the week
- Surgery outreach and other subspecialties available
- Saturday clinic from 9 AM to 12 PM, with on-call provider covering this
- Average of 80 ER visits/month
- Nursing home onsite/connected to the hospital
- Assisted living apartments are also onsite
- The emergency department is a Level 4 trauma center
