- Clean malpractice strongly preferred (no cases in Probate or requiring supervision)
- Providers available to start ASAP highly preferred
- Not accepting candidates with lapsed BC or those commuting more than 1 hour/working multiple jobs

**Schedule & Coverage**

- Clinic hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
- Call: 1:4 ratio (includes weekends)
- Credentialing: must complete prior to start (fees not reimbursed)
