I am working with Mercy Hospital in Coon Rapids, MN, and they are looking for some locum tenens CT Surgery coverage over the next several months. 

**Job Description**

- Mercy Hospital, Coon Rapids, MN, is an Allina Health System facility with 271 beds and a Level 2 Trauma Center.
- This facility is looking for locum tenens Cardiothoracic Surgery coverage starting March 2026 and ongoing.
- Shift times: M-F 7 AM - 5 PM.
- Weeknight and weekend call is 1:3.
- Call weeks include the day shift (7 AM - 5 PM), weeknight call (5 PM - 7 AM), and 24-hour call on the weekend.
- The facility needs full-time coverage, but the following dates are of high priority:
  - March 16-22

**Compensation**

- $360 per hour with a 10-hour guarantee M-F.
- $450 per night for weeknight call.
- $3200 per 24-hour call on Saturday/Sunday.
- $432 per hour for any hour worked over the 10-hour guarantee M-F or any hour worked while on call in the facility during weeknight or weekend 24-hour call.
