- Credentialed at two hospitals but only cover one hospital while you work; no travel between hospitals required
- 12-hour shifts - either 6a-6p or 7a-7p depending on the site
- 7 on/7 off schedule
- Round and go with a patient load generally between 18-22 a day, possibly higher in busy season
- Day admissions at the hospital range from 0-2
- Procedures not required
- ICU rounding may be needed but only as the PCP; Intensivists support available
- Expected to respond to Codes and Rapid Responses on patients in the facility
- EMR: Cerner

**Requirements**

- Must be board-certified or board-eligible in internal medicine or family medicine

**Benefits**

- Salary range is $300,000-$350,000 with opportunities for extra income through in-house moonlighting
- Benefits include health insurance, vision, dental, disability, and life insurance; malpractice and tail coverage provided
- 401K/Profit sharing plan available after one year
- Up to $1000/month in health insurance subsidy (up to an additional $12K/year) in addition to salary
- Up to $3000/year in CME allowance
- $25,000 signing bonus along with a $15,000 relocation allowance; 3-year prorated payback if not staying for at least 3 years
- After two years, potential for partnership with no buy-in, allowing for sharing in partnership bonuses distributed quarterly
