- The hospital typically handles 40-60 cases per day.
- Staff starts at 7am, with wheels in the room by 7:23. Turnover time is 17-22 minutes, case dependent, with days beginning to taper off after 1pm, but several cases continue through 7-11pm.
- All subspecialties are covered, including general, thoracic, cardiothoracic, transplant (renal), neuro, ortho, GI/GU, GYN, endo, cardiac interventional/EP, high census high acuity OB/L&D, neuro interventional, robotics, and overflow trauma (not a designated trauma center).
- CRNAs perform lines, epidurals, and spinals if they have a history of completing them.
- Three CRNAs work overnight to handle airways and respond to codes.

- Preference is given to providers with an active license, but those needing to obtain one will be considered if their time commitment aligns with our needs.
